About the role
You'll work in a small engineering pod building internal tools and client-facing automations — from lead-enrichment pipelines to AI-driven content systems. Comfortable shipping Python + TypeScript end to end.
What you'll own
- Build agentic workflows in n8n, Make, or custom Python
- Integrate OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs into client systems
- Design RAG pipelines and vector store architectures
- Maintain internal tooling (CRM enrichment, reporting bots)
What we're looking for
- 2+ years writing production Python or Node.js
- Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini)
- Experience deploying to a real cloud (AWS / GCP / Vercel / Render)
- Comfortable with git, CI, and async work
Nice to have
- Built a chatbot or agent that's actually in production
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
