Scaling Acquisition With Broker-Grade Attribution (Lead → KYC → FTD)

A broker was spending across multiple channels but couldn’t confidently attribute performance beyond leads. Budget allocation was based on CPL, causing overspend on sources with poor downstream outcomes.

We implemented structured UTMs, GA4 event architecture for funnel stages, CAPI/conversion integrations, and decision-ready dashboards. The result: clearer ROI by GEO and channel and improved CPA-to-FTD efficiency.
