Increasing Second Deposits With Lifecycle CRM + Segmentation

A broker generated FTDs but struggled with low activation and weak second deposit rate. Messaging was generic and not driven by behavior or funnel stage.

We built lifecycle segmentation across funded-but-inactive, early active, at-risk, and dormant cohorts, then deployed triggered onboarding and win-back flows. Second deposits improved by 16% and dormancy reduced.
