A GCC-focused multi-asset broker was generating leads at a reasonable CPL but struggled with low KYC completion and weak first deposit (FTD) conversion. Traffic quality was inconsistent across GEOs and funnel drop-off was high between registration and verification.<br>
We restructured acquisition by GEO and intent, rebuilt landing messaging to pre-qualify users, and implemented funnel-stage retargeting (registered, KYC-started, KYC-incomplete). Within [X] days, KYC completion improved and FTD efficiency increased while reducing wasted spend.
