Improving FTD Rate by Fixing Deposit Activation Friction

A broker’s KYC completion was healthy, but FTD rate was weak—users verified and then hesitated to deposit. Deposit method visibility, unclear next steps, and trust concerns were the primary blockers.

We optimized post-KYC messaging, redesigned deposit guidance, and built retargeting + CRM flows specifically for “KYC-complete, not funded” users. FTD conversion improved by [X]% and time-to-first-deposit dropped.
